small justice: Little justice in America's Family Courts
What is going on in many of America's Family Courts is nothing short of a national scandal. There is important research which shows that loving and fit protective parents are losing custody of their children to fathers with histories of domestic violence and sometimes even child abuse. Small Justice was awarded "Best Social Documentary" at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival.
