Sotomayor Revealed!

Monday, September 21, 2009

The mainstream news media fixated on her "wise Latina" comment and pretended that their Senate coverage did more than just provide Republicans with TV exposure.

Women's eNews focused on the real Judge Sotomayor.

In fact, the news and opinion articles we published on Sotomayor's historic nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court caught some important notice that we're proud to share with you: "The United States Library of Congress has selected your Web site for inclusion in the historic collection of Internet materials related to the 2009 Supreme Court Nomination."

As the only independent news gathering organization dedicated to covering issues vital to women, we're committed to informing our readers with stories of substance like these:

As newspapers across the United States are shrinking and all major news outlets are cutting back, your support for original reporting means so much.

We're so close to launching our revamped web site making us even better able to deliver breaking news about major events relevant to women's lives, stories you can't find anywhere else.

My deepest thanks to you for supporting Women's eNews into the future.
